The apartment building consists of 26 units designed to provide all modern amenities for comfortable living. Construction was completed in 2021, highlighting a contemporary approach to architecture and construction quality.
Selli Rethymno
The positioning of the building volumes and the orientation of the structure were designed in such a way as to maximize the utilization of local climatic conditions (climate data, orientation, sunlight). Additionally, during the planning phase, consideration was given to the appropriate creation of openings, according to sunlight requirements, natural lighting, and ventilation needs.
